Spice youth Toronto Community Initiative (SYTCI) is a grassroots youth development organization serving the Grenadian community. Since its inception in 2010, SYTCI has raised more than $20,000 to fund educational and community development programs and partnerships both in Grenada and Toronto that are helping youth and their families enjoy a better standard of living.
Our projects are supported by annual fundraising events that are fun, family oriented opportunities for our community to come together to socialize for a cause.
Our motto: Youth for a brighter future. Young people are the future. Supporting them as they grow strengthens our community, commerce, health and culture – the pillars of a vibrant country.
Our key focus areas are:
- Education – we support youth in Grenada by providing books, uniforms and school supplies
- Quality of life – by providing food, clothing and toiletries to improve the well-being of children deserving households
- Healthcare – simply put, health is wealth. Every year we contribute towards the purchase of life saving equipment for our hospitals and healthcare centers in Grenada.
